Hi I'm Shell! Faceless blogger, writer and storyteller.

But, above all I'm a woman of faith.

After spending a decade in the self development and new age spirituality world,  I''ve reached a new and quite possibly, my favourite season of life.

I twisted myself  to fit into the social media/ coaching industry, only to discover that  was never part of God's plan for my life  and what I originally believed would bring me the freedom I desired...

Didn't.

Saying goodbye to the hamster wheel of healing and the never ending spiral of working on myself, was the very real exhale I never knew I needed.

Now I live a life that is deeply anchored in faith, prayer and  the rhythm of my feminine nature, while enjoying an adventurous yet private life. 

My hope for you is that these words speak to your spirit and this space brings you to a place of everlasting peace that can only be described as heaven on earth.
